This place doesn't even deserve one star. The whole place is dirty, the staff can barely communicate.

AWFUL! A simple haircut request butchered by incompetence and inability to execute any styling techniques. COMPLETELY uneven cut on either side, I may as well have taken hedge trimmers to it myself. I will need to pay for a new cut to fix, or otherwise shave off as I can’t go out in public like this. If the hairdresser had listened to a word I had said we may not be in this situation. Would NOT recommend.

She corrected DEFINE. salon errors for me and my friends. Never go to DEFINE, please this is not a bogus review. I promise you this place that was once called dimples is now called define.
