My experience at Define Dental was amazing! Dr Bootes and Carolina are so friendly and caring and make the whole experience a good one. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and everyone is super friendly .
What an amazing dental experience. Thank you Les and all the staff at Define Dental. For many years I had been putting off going to the dentist after multiple bad experiences. Today I had amalgam fillings removed and three D cap moulding taken . Les was so gentle I could have fallen asleep during the procedures He and the dental nurse were so informative and caring with each step during these complicated procedures A big Thank you 🙏

Would highly recommend going elsewhere for cosmetic work. Dr may, had no care factor when it came to her work nor the comfort of her patient. I have never had a poorer / rushed experience with a dentist. I was also cut with a electric dental tool on my lip and blamed for it no care even though was bleeding the entire time.
