Mohammad and his team did a meticulous job power-washing and repointing our brick facade, as well as redoing the crumbling brownstone trim, painting the eaves and porch, and fixing the old and crumbling concrete porch. Despite the intense heat the weeks they were here, the crew remained in good cheer and were a joy to work with. They were on time, communicative, professional, and the price was fair. We hired Define Contracting to complete a full restoration of our brownstone facade, and the results far exceeded our expectations. Before this project, our building was covered in unsightly reddish-brown paint, which in many areas was flaking off like a bad sunburn. Rubel and his team did an amazing job repairing our crumbling and leaky entryway and stairs. They went above and beyond to make sure all the issues were fixed and even coordinated the finishing touches like updated lighting, painting, and fixtures. They were considerate, professional, and communicative. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors. I highly recommend Define Contracting.
