I'am someone who's always struggle with facial hair, and terrible discoloration pigmentation due to ingrowns. I've had many services done at Define brows for a while, and the ladies at Define browns have always done a great job with getting all my hair removed. This was my second time at Define Brows and I was very pleased my first visit which is why I came back. I came in for eyebrow tinting and a little cleanup however I ended up with completely uneven brows that were wayyyy too dark. I had to scrub my brows to get some of the tint off but there is no fixing the butcher job of my uneven brows. I don’t know the name of the lady that did them I was too distraught after leaving. I’ve been coming here since I’ve moved to NC almost 5 years ago. They do great every time I come in and I never have to wait long. I recommend all the ladies that do threading here.
