I can 100% agree with the comments before me. I have ALSO paid for a service from this business and continue to be ignored by the owner. The only messages she has sent are that my appointments are continuously cancelled and then goes silent when I try to rebook. So now I have spent money to support this small business without receiving my treatment. Don't bother booking with DEFINE BODY CONTOURING unless you want to just lose your money!!
This place was a great place to get lympathic drainage, so much so that I bought a very pricy package to have multiple sessions. I have never in my life written a bad review. However, I have not been able to book a session for months now. I have tried to contact the business to book my remaining sessions, all messages have gone unanswered. I have been messaging for weeks on Instagram, calling and texting the number listed and even stopped by the store a few times and havent been able to get a hold of anyone. Instead, I experienced repeated appointment cancellations, shortened sauna wrap sessions, and a level of service that did not match what I had paid for. They don’t answer messages. There is no phone number. They are closed when they advertise to be open. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a response. Horrible business. I’m reporting them to BBB
