One of my best friends introduced me to Define in 2017 and I was immediately hooked! I had my first post-COVID class today and with consistent practice I have no doubt that I will be back to my pre-COVID stamina and flexibility in no time. As the instructor (Lindsay) told me after class, "You only have one first class back!". I greatly appreciated her encouragement. All of the instructors at Define MG are top notch and I cannot wait to get back in studio!

I love Memorial Green Define!! I have been to the river oaks and tanglewood location but I love this studio the most!! It's very personable and friendly!! I have been to Ada's spin class many times and she's super fun and always is very encouraging to all the different levels of riders!! Thank you Leslie for recommending it to my hubby; you have done an amazing job building such a great community at your studio!
Beautiful studio and great location. The instructors are top notch and very knowledgeable and they strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The workouts are over-the-top great!!! I am gaining so much strength and toning. Love Define and all it has to offer.
