I have worked out my whole life but recently fell upon an injury that I could not get to heal. I chose Define to help myself rehabilitate. What I found after just 5 classes is a sense of body awareness I have never known before. The instructors are dedicated to helping you learn your limitations and push past them. This is not my rehab. This is my new home. No matter what your workout style, Define can compliment and improve your best self.
