As a painting contractor operating in Kelowna, BC we were recently hired by James to help out at some high end townhomes and James was amazing to work with. Great communication, clear instructions and very professional in his field. Caulking services provided by Deficiency Group's caulking contractors are truly experts! It was obvious that the serviceman really took pride in his job for he did his work meticulously. The work was thorough, conscientious, and clean. The scheduler, Aoife, was exceedingly professional in calling back, making the appointment, and showing up on time as expected. The caulking contractors were very pleasant and professional to work with. I will definitely use them again for my future caulking services

James and Ken at Deficiency Group did a fantastic job as commercial painting contractors. Their team painted our entire office. They were fantastic! They showed up on time, did a great job, and most importantly left ZERO mess. The exterior of my office needs to be painted soon.
