Bill is one hell of a piercer! I actually made sure to follow him to the new shop after he parted ways with Painted Moth. I got a new piercing on Monday, my 4th with Bill, and everything went amazingly - just as I expected. The best part? The shop technically wasn't even open on Monday, but I had walked in with questions and left with some brand new body art because Bill took time out of his day of clerical work to fit me in!
