The staff here is so welcoming and professional. Jillene always greets you with a smile. Carrie has done a phenomenal job with the place. The building is very clean, and the overall experience is inviting and relaxing. Karan does an amazing job--I always look forward to my massages! Thank you!
I can't begin to say enough to thank Carrie at Defiance Therapeutic Massage....after a routine shoulder surgery my shoulder froze up. The dr. ordered weeks of physical therapy but nothing was really helping. I had to undergo a second surgery for a frozen shoulder followed by weeks of therapy. I still had minimal movement and lots of pain. I truly did not think I would ever get normal use of my right arm again. A beautiful, scerene setting with a calming and soothing atmosphere. My experience has been with Medical Estician, Michelle. Her knowledge of the skin and skin care is amazing. It never fails, I always learn so much from her and walk away feeling so good.
Can't say enough about the staff at Defiance Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Center! Greeted from the moment I walked in the door, treated professionally thruout my visit. Carrie is amazing at what she does and always makes me feel listened to and comfortable! Atmosphere very relaxing!
