I am a proud member of defiance. Jon is an amazing trainer and Ian has been nothing less than wonderful. I left for a little bit because p.fit was closer for me. But I went back to Defiance because it's my 2nd home and always will be. I'm so proud of what Ian has created. It truly is my safe space

Really great gym and has a good amount of equipment!
Defiance is my safe space. It genuinely feels like I’ve been at summer camp all summer because I have met so many amazing people who are so willing to step in and help me since I’m not super experienced at the gym. They don’t hold it against me they just jump in and help me get where I’m wanting to go. Community is strong at defiance. And my trainer Barbie is the GOAT! Shout out to my Barbie girl 💕
