Hands down the best gym in the Dayton area — and I’ve tried a lot of them (LA Fitness, The Dirty Gym, etc.). Defiance is in a completely different league. The owner, Ian, is genuinely the best gym owners I’ve come across and just an all around great guy. He actually listens to members and constantly upgrades equipment based on feedback. The variety and quality of equipment here is unreal — you can tell a lot of thought goes into what gets brought in. The atmosphere is what really sets it apart though.
