we were purchased by defiance metal products a little over 4 years ago. first of all, i due owe them a thank you for the job. this will be the only praise i can honestly give this corporation. we are at this point going through a plant shut down. salary personel recieved a package plus a bonus to stay til they are not needed no more. hourly employees were not treat nearly as well. no matter how long your employment the max you can recieve is from \$500 to \$1000 . this is a real insult, or a slap in the face as i see it. we ... read more
