This vendor quoted a part and sent a Sales Order Acknowledgment. I placed a Purchase Order and requested overnight shipping. I was told in writing "Your order is ready to ship." I expected the part the next day. The part did not come. I waited one more day, meaning the part was now one day late. Reached out to vendor toward end of day, one day after I was supposed to have already received the part. Only then did the vendor reply and say "I'm afraid we cant locate [the part] in our warehouse.
