Leish came out to my property, assessed my situation, was incredibly knowledgeable on all things bugs, incredibly friendly, and knocked out the job with no questions asked. I have a young daughter, so naturally, I had lots of questions about the treatments and her safety, which he easily put to rest. Great service, great attitude, great company.
10/10! I called Defense Pest Control because it sounded like the rats were having a dance party in our attic! Leish and his team have been fantastic—professional, prompt, thorough, and great communicators. Leish is second generation in the business, and it shows! They go above and beyond to find and patch entry points, even in hard-to-reach places. Taylor, who handles scheduling, is awesome too. Extremely impressed and happy to have Leish & his team handling our ongoing maintenance. Highly recommend!
Update: the owner called right back and apologized for an automated answering service that wasn't supposed to be active yet. Very nice and honest. Seems like a trustworthy business. Original: I called them and got some sort of AI receptionist. I couldn't tell if a real person until they didn't answer for a while. Seemed unprofessional.
WOW...Simply the BEST!!!! Ok so this may be a little long. But here goes. I have had pest control for the past 10 plus years My previous one was a local, and they were with me for 6 plus years. Rates kept going up, I get it. So I called Taylor @ Defense Pest, on 7/2/2026 whom I was referred to. They came out on Monday 7/6/2026 for the first visit.
