Mr. Calebs review is preposterous. No good company that sells to other resellers would go around their clients backs for a few extra dollars. If you ask a company to do something to hurt their bottom line you are asking for harsh words. Defenderworx makes a quality product and that is what should be important here. They are helpful with install and customer service. I recommend their products.
