SCAM. Dementia disaster. On february 14, 2019, Joe came to my house, first he did a "bait and switch" and hard "up-sell" with the promo that i was initially offered. Then he disengaged my current alarm system (i'm with My Alarm Center) and took my keypad without telling me. Defender security was the worst! This conpany, defender was subcontracted bt ADT to install a security system at my granny's house in November 2017 and she still does not have a contract or definition of what she is paying as of February 2018 after dozens of requests. They also over charged for services she had not used and have yet to reimburse her. Don't use this company!
We have had horrible service first tech that came was going out to his car and drinking, then we had to have them come the next day to redo everything . We were told that what we got was $39.99 a month and have been charged $51.50 have complained many times and today talked to a "manager of cancellations " Christina that it will be straightened out.
