ADT is one of the most criminal, misleading, and horrible organizations I’ve ever done business with. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. We have paid for the security and let our contract run out, only for them to somehow automatically re-contract us for years when we did not agree to anything. You can never get away from them. I would never ever recommend ADT services to anyone.
Why have you double charged my account for years and make me go through password gotcha games to resolve. Do not use this company. Complete scam.
I’ve had my system over a year going on two. Expensive to say the least, for what you get-or don’t get. Living in a rural area I thought I’d like to have a system as well as other security measures in place. I went with ADT because I truly thought this would work best. All I have found, is it tells me when a door has been left open via the app. Then there is the absolute NIGHTMARE of the system beeping because the power went out and battery backup is telling you, (as if you don’t already know) also if WiFi goes out. l don't even like returning things to stores so for me to take the trouble to post a review tells you something. ADT alarm responses treat you like a child whose only skill is to go stand outside and wait for help. You do not have the ability or even the right to manage your system. I needed to disable a smoke detector because a worker sanding some shelves created dust that set off the system. It is the worst company I had ever seen in my life, and the worst customer service too Even one star is too much for their customer service I spent 4 hours on the phone with ADT on my day off and no one was able to help for what I need they kept transferring me from one to another
