l don't even like returning things to stores so for me to take the trouble to post a review tells you something. ADT alarm responses treat you like a child whose only skill is to go stand outside and wait for help. You do not have the ability or even the right to manage your system. I needed to disable a smoke detector because a worker sanding some shelves created dust that set off the system. It is the worst company I had ever seen in my life, and the worst customer service too Even one star is too much for their customer service I spent 4 hours on the phone with ADT on my day off and no one was able to help for what I need they kept transferring me from one to another
Is a gotcha!!! I made a contract with ADT for 5 years and after a year they changed the camera the doorbell by a Google!!! A camera you can buy on Amazon for $50 and Adt is charging monthly for this camera. The camera does not record all the events besides installing it to go see my neighbor's house. I called to get one from ADT and they said they won't use those cameras anymore. They don't want to change my camera for one that gives me more security, nor do they want to modify the contract. Been receiving ads in the mail since I bought my new home no big deal. Today I came home just in enough time to put my key in the door to turn around to a gray Camry pulling into my driveway and I am immediately on high alert do not recognize this car do not have any guest on the way a woman hops out approaches me and my two kids at the door didn’t even introduce herself nothing just immediately trying to sell security to me.
