I was charged for the same amount of my monthly bill on a separate credit card, a card I never gave them. When I called, they said the charge was connected to an address in Florida (not mine). They tried convincing me that a random person in Florida accidentally gave them my cc number, 3 digit code, and zip code, conveniently for the same amount I was already paying. I would give less but couldn't. I called because the system was installed before I bought house. It keeps beeping. The girl on line told me go to YouTube. It's sn older keypad & I have no clue where panel is. "Can someone come out & help me?" No we can't because you're not a customer. So they can't show me where the access panel is either. Keeps telling me YouTube. YouTube can't help if I can't find the access panel. Then tells me call an electrician like they know where the panel is. DO NOT PURCHASE ADT!!! IT HAS BEEN horrible since I've been with them. I will put a review anywhere I see ADT. They are charging me double for ONE camera I dont have. And they keep playing with my time to install one. I hate that I chose ADT. Highway robbery!!!
ADT is one of the most criminal, misleading, and horrible organizations I’ve ever done business with. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. We have paid for the security and let our contract run out, only for them to somehow automatically re-contract us for years when we did not agree to anything. You can never get away from them. I would never ever recommend ADT services to anyone.
Why have you double charged my account for years and make me go through password gotcha games to resolve. Do not use this company. Complete scam.
