If I could give a minus number I would. We had ADT service and moved due to my husbands death. Paid the account off and canceled service when I sold the house. When I bought my house in Texas I bought ADT+ package and installed in my small house. I paid monthly for monitoring service only. In November 2023 I canceled my monitoring service. Worst Customer Service Ever. I had to call 3 different times to cancel our service. Was transferred to different areas and hung up on. Finally on the 3rd call I explained to the guy that I just wanted to cancel my service not be transferred to someone else. He proceeded to do what I asked and after he got done reading the disclosure they have to read, he just hung up on me. Do not recommend for this reason. I will never use them again.

From the first phone call, everyone was very professional and helpful. The supervisor gave me several free additions and we set an appt. for the installer to come to the house. The installer further told me that the free stuff comes out of a fund and when I reached the maximum I would have to pay for additional equipment. This should have been disclosed up front as I was very surprised that I need the write a check. The system is in place and so far no problems. l
