i ordered a new front door from Defender Doors and, when it arrived it was not as ordered. Defender stood by their work, however, and saw that the correct door was received and installed. They were courteous, honest, and reliable throughout. Use them!
Defender Steel Doors Company is nothing more than a scam , I could have gotten better doors at the near by flee market. The doors and locks are cheaply made and I have a front door that has a metal piece at the bottom of this door that is missing a metal piece. **************** is no better *** and *** are very nice until they get your money then they change on you. If I had read some of the negative reviews I would have never used this company. Consumers please be ********************* *********
The service worker that showed up made my very nervous as he appeared to be a senior in his mid to late 60s. Although he installed the doors as expected, I am still questioning my services just based off of the physical strength need to left, pull, drill and etc; it seem as if he was struggling. In addition to that my property had minor damages after the installation because he sprayed some type of black paint without using dropcloths or covering; and now I have black paint droppings on my back porch and door. I’ve been waiting for my door since 5/31. I’ve called to get a status and can’t get a call back. Meanwhile, I can’t get their sales people to stop calling me to sell me additional doors.
LIARS! THIEVES! FRAUD! BELONG IN JAIL FOR STEALING MONEY AND NOT PRODUCING PRODUCT AND/OR INFERIOR SHODDY INSTALL.
They only delivered the door after I challenged the charge on my credit card. They have never brought the screen for the door they owe me and have NEVER called back after numerous calls trying to find what happened to the screen which should have been part of the original order. A failure in customer service!
