Our family had a great experience working with Defender Self Storage in Penn Hills. The storage facility was always clean and well maintained even during heavy snowfall, the roads and walkways were cleared. Robert was knowledgable and very fair to work with.

Robert Dill, the manager of the Defender storage unit we rented, did a fantastic job working with us, explaining everything we needed to know, and bending over backwards to accommodate our needs there. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and the Defender units to anyone who needs this kind of service. It was easy to get into the unit anytime we needed to, well lit, clean, and air conditioned. The buy 2 months, get 2 months free was an added blessing. Thanks, Robert!!
