I had rented a storage unit from there the unit they gave was molded all black stuff on the walls I ask them would they give me my money back and the manager said no we'll I was out done and I hope she get the karma she need because what come around goes around
We have used the Penn Hills site before. They were at capacity when we needed them again. We came back because other companies pale in comparison. The site is clean, in a great location and the manager is AMAZING. Always helpful, courteous and an all around amazing person. He makes the experience wonderful and seamless. He makes people want to patronize the company.
