We have used the Penn Hills site before. They were at capacity when we needed them again. We came back because other companies pale in comparison. The site is clean, in a great location and the manager is AMAZING. Always helpful, courteous and an all around amazing person. He makes the experience wonderful and seamless. He makes people want to patronize the company.

Why can't I get in T 5:00 am on a Sunday? I have to return the moving Van?
My experience with Defender on Frankstown Rd has been nothing short of incredible!!!! The manager at the desk was so helpful for me from beginning to end. I had to abruptly change storage units in the middle of me moving and he made the transition so seem less. Previous Storage unit business i was with were so mean, and nasty, rude, condescending for the large amount of money customers pay and i could go on and on but THE MANAGER here was the complete opposite so warm and friendly and helpful he doesn’t even know the stress ... read more
