Great 24 hr access. However, place is not kept up, bathrooms are usually locked, and they kept raising the monthly rate every few months. Very disappointing. experience. Dont recommend
Your facility was fine and the office person outstanding. However, your pricing is out of control. So many other facilities at much lower rates.
I have dealt over the years with several storage places I love being at a defender I love the people Helen is a pleasure to work with have no intentions of ever going anyplace else always so polite and professional
