When I called Defender for a windshield replacement, they gave me a competitive quote, scheduled the service for the next day, and did not charge extra for coming to my home. The technician showed up on time and completed the work within an hour. I was very satisfied with service and the cost.
The service personnel at Defender are first class. After installing my new windshield we discovered a faint blemish in the glass just above dash board. The installer marked the issue on my payment receipt and offered to order a new part and replace the windshield again honoring their warranty. It’s a pleasure to work with a company of such integrity.
Very friendly service and very fair price! Do not call Safelite they gave me an estimate that was $250 more!! Defender auto glass did a great job and came to me it was very convenient!
