The tech did a good job but could have cleaned up his mess a little better

Tyler was prompt, friendly and professional. Install of my windshield was excellent and timely. Great customer service.
The appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to rain that didn’t happen. When the appointment took place I observed the tech working. Did not remove the cowl slid the windshield in place and there are about 4 different seams in the bead of urethane. I called immediately to speak with someone in repairs I was told everything was fine and that I can talk to the tech. Setup appointment and the tech showed up a couple days later for install. Not only punctual, but showed up 30 min early. Literally starts pouring rain half way thru install... Kept his cool and finished the job. Tech from Akron was professional, easy to talk with, and clean. Defender beat the big 'chain' competition by 200$ . Thanks defender for coming thru
