The appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to rain that didn’t happen. When the appointment took place I observed the tech working. Did not remove the cowl slid the windshield in place and there are about 4 different seams in the bead of urethane. I called immediately to speak with someone in repairs I was told everything was fine and that I can talk to the tech.
