Avoid at all cost. Dr. Defee spoke with me in the hospital for a handful of minutes to tell me I didn't require his services. There was no exam--no treatment. I received a bill in excess of $1000/hr of his time for a "consultation" I didn't request. Daniela in billing couldn't provide a compelling explanation for the size of the bill and struck me as defensive and rude. I've never felt so taken advantage of.
