Dr. Rima takes the time to explain, she wants you to feel good about your procedure, and is understanding. She is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise and I trust her opinion.
Dr Rima was going to fix a whole in my ruptured eardrum. As we were talking, she asked if I had thyroid issues and I said not that I know of. To make a long story shorter, she requested I get an ultrasound of my thyroid. Then I had a CAT scan and found out my thyroid was extremely large. Dr. Rima removed it on May 28, 2026 a normal thyroid is 14 g and mine was 90 g! Dr. Rima was very professional and very thorough. And I can breathe again!
Learned more than just what my regular doctor told me.
I had the best care. Kirsten was great describing what could be going on with my nose and what can be done she put in to my insurance for a procedure. Had a great experience.
