A very friendly staff. Every member of the staff makes the patient feel very comfortable. Dr. DeFatta is a very thorough doctor, plus communicates with you in very understandable way. If you have questions, he answers them completely. This may sound corny, but Dr. DeFatta is a doctor I enjoy going to.
Worst experience I've had with medical in a while. Robert walked in and didn't even introduce himself or ask anything, just shoved a scope up my nose with no warning and rolled his eyes like I was dramatic for squirming. Barely said a word to me, just acted like I wasnt worth seeing and left. Whole interaction lasted 5 minutes. Never coming back.
Sinus surgery was not nearly as bad as everyone on the internet made it seem. Recovery was easy, just felt like a bad head cold with max 2/10 pain. After recovery, I didn’t know my quality of life could be this good. Food tastes so much richer and I smelled rain for the first time in years. It’s great to finally be able to sleep again. I struggled for years with recurrent sinus infections and pneumonia that probably wouldn’t have happened if I had just gotten this surgery sooner. Even my asthma has improved.
What a difference after my surgery! I feel great! I can actually breathe now! And the best is that my sense of smell came back! Dr. Robert DeFatta is an excellent Dr. After my sinus surgery, I did not have pain, after day and a half I was going like nothing happened!
