Today, july10th 2026, had another opportunity to appreciate Defalco support! Eric came and replaced promptly a dead battery! Professional and fast, very appreciated! Excellent support last night from Scott! Our car stopped suddenly, we called AAA and in 20 minutes Scott reached us : he was super kind and supportive and he went the extra mile to make sure we felt assured that everything would be sorted out. He finally towed our car directly to the dealer, which has been the best idea! Thanks Scott!!!
One wrong turn and suddenly I’m in a stressful situation with my car. Tonight could have ended very differently, but thanks to my AAA technician, it didn’t. My car was stuck on a curb, and I was pretty shaken up. Mr. Ronald C. arrived, took one look, knew exactly what to do, and had me safely off the curb in just a few minutes.
