My GMC Sierra Broke down and AAA suggested I call DeFalco's for towing. While waiting for the Tow truck I looked them up and decided to have them do the diagnostic and repair. At first, I was a bit skeptical as I thought it was a computer issue, but I'm glad I trusted them with the work. The Tow Truck driver was prompt and courteous. Prompt and excellent service. I requested a AAA tow truck Easter Sunday and had quick response from the towing company and tow truck driver. Both were very professional, friendly and helpful. Cain took great care of my vehicle getting it onto the flatbed and parked it perfectly at the dealership. Cain was also able to direct me at the dealership as I had never left a vehicle overnight. I rate my service 10 out of 10. I appreciate his kindness and beautiful smile. He made a stressful time, smooth and calm.
