We were very pleased with Defalco's service. They did an excellent job explaining what was going on with our sons vehicle that had been towed into their shop. They were able to inspect the car in a timely manner. Everyone we chatted with was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. It's always a gamble when you don't know the area of who to go to but we were very pleased with the service that we received at Defalco's.
Arrived from Canada in Surfside Beach on the weekend. Noticed a rattling in my 4runner. Called DeFalco's for an appointment. They made room to fit me in as I was very concerned. Took it in and talked to Terry? I believe. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. The mechanic took care of the problem and found another small problem for which he fixed. They were always friendly and explained all they did. Fair price and courteous. I can see why they are recommended by AAA.
Very trustworthy guys!! They went above and beyond to help me. I had to call AAA four times for my vehicle. Each time these guys came out and tried to help me troubleshoot my vehicle. I think I had every person that works here helping me 😂 I would recommend. Thank you
My son's car died while at Costco in Myrtle Beach, we called AAA and they dispatched DeFalco Towing. Peter, the Roadside Technician arrived within 20 minute of calling AAA. Peter was awesome. He was prompt, professional, and personable. Peter made an unfortunate situation pleasant, smooth and easy. Thank you Peter and DeFalco.
We needed two tows within a day apart from each other. Since we are AAA members, they dispatched DeFalco for both tows. My wife already wrote a 5 star review for the first tow for DeFalco and Peter the driver, so I am writing a review for the second tow with Robert Blackman, who was equally excellent. Robert was prompt and professional. We were very happy with the service provided by Robert, Peter, and DeFalco.
