I'd give zero stars if possible. Had my car towed from the conch cafe only 1.6 miles from this shop. It was on July 4 th and was $266. What a racket I will never call this company for any towing needed
No one enjoys having their care breakdown, but it really helps the situation when you get prompt professional service and a tow technician that really cares. I can't say enough about Ben. He was extremely professional, compassionate, and went far above expectations to make the situation much more bearable. He was a lot of fun to talk to, knowledgeable of the problem, and went straight to work getting my car to its destination. I can assure anyone needing a tow will get top-notch service when they see Ben show up.
Robert was so efficient and friendly. Great service. 5 Star all around.
