Overpriced can't schedule on Fridays my only day off go to aspen dental Terry retired from deeter dental place is crap now
Was a patient for 10 years since I was about 12. Recently dealt with an extremely rude employee who hung up on me as I was voicing a complaint about a billing issue. I switched to Aspen Dental and had a flawless experience (and paid about $200 less than I would have at Deeter). The non-dental staff is unhelpful and cold. Overall you pay more for what is objectively an unwelcoming experience. 0/10 would not recommend at all.
RecommendedMy one month old daughter had her frenectomy done at Deeter today! Everything about this experience was 10/10 excellent service. The procedure itself is kind of tough, just like shots or anything that can make your child uncomfortable. (My daughter was uncomfortable for seriously like a second. I was the one who struggled. 😅) Dr. Lucas and the woman assisting him (I can not remember her name 😩 I will update when I can check my paperwork) were SO supportive and kind. I have never felt comfortable with a dentist in my life but Luke and his staff are the most hands down amazing, caring and gentle staff I have ever met!

Appointments, greeting, pretreatment, treatment and aftercare are all explained and very professional. The staff cooperate with each other and patients with professionalism. They use cutting edge technology (pun intended) and streamlined processes. Patient is cared for, checked on at each stage and respected. Most importantly, they are committed to doing things correctly— not just good enough for now— good for the future of the patient’s oral health.

I highly recommend Deeter Dental for your dental needs. I used to get very nervous when it was time to visit the dentist, but not with Deeter Dental. Everyone is professional and very caring. They even called me at home to see how I was doing! Thank you Dr. Luke for giving me back my smile!!!
