Such an amazing company to deal with. From the beginning of them looking at the old air conditioner to the purchase of a new one, they were one of the most pleasant companies we have dealt with.
I purchased a window unit 2/4/2023. I had a put up my window unit and ran the unit for about 3 hours. So, I'm thinking it's okay that I didn't turn the unit until today, 2/6/2023. The a/c didn't go on, so I called Deeson A/C. Told them my issue, and they said that they can bring the unit in, and they will have the technician check it and wave the service charge. If it needs repair, I will be charged for repair. REALLY, I didn't even run the unit for the whole month, and I will have to pay for repair. People, I guess the diff... read more
