Not only has she done so with your organization but thru other outlets as well. That being said rent was not paid & our agency was instructed by the home owner to file a Summary Ejectment. At the time it was filed the governor's stay had been lifted and it was perfectly legal to file it. Very lackadaisical until they need something from you. Very unprofessional. They send contractors to your house without even notifying you first so you have a contractor calling you while you are at work wanting someone to let them in the house. They wanted to be sticklers for the rules when it came to us notifying them we wanted to vacate yet we still haven't received our deposit. We do not employ a maintenance staff so the vendors we use are independent repairmen/contractors. This is communicated to tenants during their lease signing as well as the fact they will have to schedule directly with vendors if necessary. Vendors are asked to call in advance but if they fail to do so the tenant is not required to stop everything and respond.
