Repair work was good. Customer interaction was real bad. Seems to think U are not knowledgeable and unhappy when asked to complete work that was missed. This is my 3rd Subaru. I would have payed extra. I paid two more shops to complete this work. Transmission mount, Tires, Full inspection of Dee’s work and Alignment. An extra $900 they missed out on.
THEY DID GREAT WORK ON MY DAUGHTERS CAR LAST YEAR. I CALLED AGAIN BECAUSE SHE WAS REAR ENEDED AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO COME TO THEM WITH THE ESTIMATE, WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD ME TO GO GET ESTIMATES. VERY ODD THAT YOU DO NOT DO YOUR OWN ESTIMATE!!!!
I purchased a used topper that was white, my truck is agate black Impressive work isn't enough praise. You would swear topper was painted when truck was on assembly line. Very very very impressive.
Brought in my 2023 Nissan Frontier after a minor fender bender on 4/24/24 they were able to get to it on 4/30/24 and kept me updated regularly on their progress got the vehicle back on 5/20/24 and it looks incredible the paint is spot on and not only did they repair all the damage but gave the vehicle a full wash and detail very friendly folks to work with I highly recommend them for any if your repair needs.
