I had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with her today and I am completely shocked by her total disregard for professional conduct and decent behavior, much less customer service. I ordered a beautiful, full flower arrangement for my friend to to cheer her up before she undergoes surgery. Dee's Flower's & Gifts made the arrangement and delivered it.
