Nice lady. However even though she tried to accommodate the order last minute and refunded for services not received I was disappointed with the communication from this business. Online orders aren’t a good idea from this shop. While the arrangement received was nice it was absolutely nothing like what was originally ordered. We had to take what was available. The arrangements here are beautiful and there are many nice, unique gifts to choose from. I will absolutely return any time I am in need of flowers!
