Made two appointments both were canceled with no call to let us know. We had to call when they were supposed to be at the scheduled appointment to find out they wouldnt be showing up.Very unprofessional. Very scattered with scheduling and a very limited knowledge of their own industry. I would recommend not doing any business with this company as there are plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies. Run from this company if you need professional work as they are the opposite of professional.
The dryer works much more efficiently and dries clothes faster after cleaning, and the technician was friendly, on time, and explained the importance of keeping vents clear to avoid fire hazards. They also checked the airflow to make sure everything was functioning properly, and the service was quick, affordable, and gave me peace of mind.
