I’ve been going here for years! Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been beyond kind and helpful. I had a surgery with Dr. Kessler, she was great in every step of that process! Her staff was amazing too. Lectica helped me so so much with insurance issues. She checked in on me, and even offered assistance outside of her hours to make sure I was taken care of. The physical space is also very comfortable, cute, and clean. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I feel right at home at Deerwood! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming! The wait is never long. Mikayla, Dr. Remsing’s nurse is so kind and helpful. Dr.Remsing is so supportive and nurturing, I never feel like she’s in a rush. They take extra precautions and do bloodwork and testing’s to test for everything to ensure my little baby is healthy & right on track. My experience here has been phenomenal all thanks to Tina for making me feel comfortable with all my procedures. She takes the time to explain how things are going to work and makes it easy to understand. I don’t think I would have driven so far every week for months to get my GLP1 shots and evolve sessions if Tina wasn’t gonna be the sweet friendly face I was gonna see. What a nightmare! I took a half day off of work today and drove literally an hour and 40 minutes to get to my appointment 20 minutes early. I checked in and sat in the office for 30 minutes before the receptionist called me back up to tell me that the provider had to leave. She said she could reschedule me, but that there was no other provider that could see me that day. I explained that I had driven a very long way and she did not seem to care. I won’t be coming back here anymore, despite liking my provider.
