Took 2 months to get my records stored there by another doctor. Staff will not answer the phone or put me on hold for a very long time and I had to hang up and keep calling back. They lied and said the records weren’t there. I happened to see my doctor that left the records there and she said they were there in a box. Only after I gave them an ultimatum and said I was calling the office of civil rights and BBB did they finally look for and get the records out for me and it took them a few hours. The staff and care providers were professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining procedures; the practice was clean and modern. However, I have concerns about all the advertising. As a person with prior eating disorder diagnoses, I felt alienated to the point of significant distress by the abundance of advertising for skin-tightening and aesthetic procedures, including in bathrooms and (disturbing, in my opinion) examination rooms. Poor experience on many levels Insurance is sketchy- they were putting in the wrong code for insurance and it would charge me more than it was supposed to. When I brought up the issue, I was told I had no clue how insurance worked or what I was talking about. My insurance even tried calling them to explain that it was wrong, but they wouldn’t change it. Called 4 times to get my prescription refilled staff kept telling me it would be sent to the doctor every time. My scripted has to be called and mailed to me so it takes longer to get...ALSO!! Not one time did they tell me i needed to be seen. Finally got it called in for 1 month! Only after i missed 3 days. DONE! I will find Doctor and staff that care.
