From birth control, to esthetics like laser hair removal, this place is so fun and helpful! The ladies all are extremely kind and personable.
The doctors are fine however in order to get to the doctors you have to speak with the receptionist there is a black lady very unprofessional there is also a Caucasian lady very unprofessional they answer the phone and straight off back place you on hold when there is absolutely no reason for you to be placed on hold never come back to the phone to see what you need the Caucasian lady laughs as if something is funny when she's constantly placing you on hold there was a Mexican lady Leticia also disconnected the line in my fa... read more
Loved the nurses, but they were not very accommodating to my work schedule & the first desk lady was very rude every single time i had to speak with her. Not personable, never smiled, didn’t explain anything. This is the reason I’m leaving deerwood and going to a new OBGYN. Also Sat in the office waiting on someone to come out to speak about the financial information, ended up leaving after waiting for a while, and they called me 2 hours AFTER my appointment to see if i was still waiting.
