Over $900 a month in lot rent and for what? Amenities like a basketball court and pool that are locked down early, staff that has nothing but bs corporate excuses and reasons for everything yet if they want something of you, you better believe they will be on your butt until it's done. I dO NOT RECOMMEND this mobile home park to no one. They charge alot for the lot and on top of that they will tow your vehicle if its on the grass in front of your home. They charge you for everything, but yet do nothing to fix the area. Do not waste your money in this place, is not worth it.
