Both my boys love Dr Beard! We are sad Men Falls is closing. Deerwood Ortho has been an amazing experience! Heather is a STAPLE and makes the multiple visits comforting. She goes above and beyond with making sure we were on top of the appointments with our already busy schedule. God knows busy moms need help sometimes. I know when I bring my kiddos, she will make sure they are in good hands. Ooooh my gosh. Dr. Beard is the coolest Orthodontist I’ve ever met. Although I was very nervous at first, his receptionist was very nice and his staff is super nice and professional. I felt so comfortable during my procedure. Dr, Beard was so gentle, I couldn’t believe it. I was worried for nothing. He explained stuff to me so clearly during the procedure. Heather and Dajah did a fantastic job. Great team at Deerwood Orthodontics Menomonee Falls, they delivered quality service.

Billing departments sucks make a payment early and they still take the payment without you knowing put me back in bills and for the holiday. They said they reversed it but it’s been 5 days and money still not in my account. Called about it the first time she called me back called a week later and no call back.
