It's just not big enough for today's campers.
Having lived here a while I can say that the owner couldn't care less about the state of the places he rents out. Most of the trailers are falling apart and show signs that maintenance has been neglected for quite some time. Update Jan 2024: Going to kick it back down to a single star now since he fired the manager again. That manager was the only reason anything was kind of getting fixed occasionally even though CM (the owner) cheaped out on any fixes so they were always poorly done and often half finished. Lease ends in 5 days and we are leaving. The place is trashed. My house was robbed, and the owner c.m is a scam artist. Constantly harassing us begging for money. If you can help it, do not come here. Worst mistake I ever made.
