Love living here. Place is quiet, neighbors are all older and polite, mostly retired. The weight room and pool are small but seldom used, so I just get them to myself most of the time. Tempted to teach some of the old-timers how to play Dungeons and Dragons. We have a nice clubhouse with a table, kitchen and bathroom setup.
