New to the area and called them bc my dog unfortunately is dying. They told me they would not make an apt nor tell me when the first available was without seeing records. I told them my dog was at emergency vet and diagnosed with terminal illness and i could bring them those records. The receptionist refused to even help. Told us “scan records and we will see” my dog has not walked for 2 dogs and stopped eating. I recently brought my dog, India, in to be spayed, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. From start to finish, the entire staff was kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure India was comfortable, and explained everything clearly. The surgery went smoothly, and they followed up with great post-op instructions and support. Although his wife is very nice when working the front desk, Dr. Patel is extremely rude and unprofessional. Came here for an emergency when our normal vet was closed and boy did we learn our lesson. He gave me incorrect advice (wrong diagnosis) then never followed up with me again. When I came back, on my own, to try pick up meds for my dog, he said “we do not have” and hung up the phone.
