I lived here for 5 years and still have family that lives here... Just make sure to mow your grass or they will charge a $50 force mow! Lol other than that, beautiful and friendly neighborhood!
Have had family live here and lived here myself at one point, this place has had terrible management for atleast 15 years. Not to mention they pick and choose who the rules apply to. No fences is a rule yet there's someone in the back that's had a huge 6ft wooden fence added to the back of their trailer making a mini enclosed backyard which should clearly be breaking the no fences rule yet has been allowed to stay for 3+ years. They'll take down the basketball hoops because of drama and monitor kids playing in the pool like ... read more
