I had lived in this park over three years now and had absolutely loved it. The owners are wonderful people. I live alone and I can’t tell you how many times they have helped me out with issues with my trailer. The park is well kept, grass is always cut & just the general appearance is clean. Some of the tenants have lived here for many many years. Once someone moves in here they usually stay. I really enjoyed living here and had no intentions of leaving for a long time. I cannot say enough good about the place..

Wow ! The Landlords are so kind, even Helped me set up my RV So Happy I chose Dearpark mobile home and RV! My son saw two deer already and we moved in today.

Far enough from town to be country, close enough to be convenient to all the amenities. Quiet, friendly neighbors always willing to lend a helping hand. James and Anita are the owners and they do a great job maintaining the park all the while taking care of us like family. Wonderful place to stay long term or short term.

I love it! I have been here for a very long time! Very long Everyone is friendly and very thoughtful of each other. It's a real quiet place to live I can't say enough about the landlords. they are just two wonderful people!!!!!!!!

This is a great place to live. It is very quiet every one is friendly and it's very well maintained. The owners are nice and always helpful and friendly
