I have been with this surgery for 52 years and I have never had a problem with anyone there. I have always got an appointment when I needed one. I find the receptionists very nice and helpful. I would like to say I wouldn’t change my DR’s surgery.
Terrible admin staff and as for the medical staff I cannot believe they are medically trained as they are no knowledge they are uncaring and unprofessional in all aspects. They don't know what to do or even treat a patient with kindness and care. I felt that they were mocking me that's how bad they all are.
Fantastic family hub - never had an issue always been so friendly, lovely and respectable - thanks very much for all the work you do as a team - Dr. Beckett was amazing for us and our newborn daughter too
Vile place. Staff are very unhelpful and reception staff watched and did nothing while my young child have a severe asthma attack and did nothing to help. We ended io getting an ambulance for him to hospital where he was kept in. Doctors are even more useless. Specifically dr Joe kriznick or however you spell it. Every interaction with him he has acted like it it’s an inconvenience. Disgusting behaviour from a doctor
I'm so very grateful to the team, for helping me swiftly, when I'd had some confusion over meds. I thought I'd misplaced them in my house and they reassured me I hadn't lost any and sorted out a new prescription very quickly. I genuinely struggle with memory and this support was invaluable to me and my wellbeing.
