Very nice friendly people I was searching for an assisted living for my dad .
One of the worst senior home. From the lack of communication, to the lack of hygiene care. The husband Paul was very rude. Each time I would visit we would end in a shouting match. Each time I asked about the medicine for my loved one he had no answer. Each time I asked if he was walking with my loved one he told me no. This place completely enable my loved one. My experience with Deering Street was truly great. If you want a environment with God in the home, this is where you want your loved one. Everyone. Irina and Paul. Kathy and Maggie. Also, the Heart to Heart Hospice group were truly caring and giving. Everyone cared about my Mom like she was their own family. They became better than my own family to my wife and I. Deering community is a wonderful, caring place. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better caregivers of my mother (has dementia). Irina, Paul, Kathy, and Maggie are truly angels. They cared for my mom like she was their mom. They became like family to us. Always generous and kind. Always communicated with us. They would even offer to give us fresh vegetables from their garden! If you are looking for a place for your parent, I would highly recommend them.
