Worst company ever. My job is located at 1698 Nostrand Ave, we sent pictures of mold in the basement. They took awhile to send someone over, after numerous calls, 2 guys came took half the wall down and never came back. Izzy ( our assigned agent) rude and forever unreachable. We also have sewage issues over flowing from the tenants above, they didnt even clean up our site after the incidents. We also have mouse issues 🤦🏾♀️ . DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM.
