I found the front staff kind and courteous. I would like to thank Rusel for making me feel comfortable and explaining everything i needed to know about the monitor.
This clinic showed no respect for patient communication or safety. If you want competent, respectful care, look elsewhere. Arrived 15 minutes early but wasn’t seen until 70 minutes after my appointment — no explanation or updates Staff communication was abrupt and impolite; no introductions, no effort to explain procedures. Instructions were barked without context (e.g., “COME HERE”, “SHIRT OFF”), with no regard for courtesy or patient comfort. I called Deerfoot Medical to ask the appointment date of my mother today. The receptionist said “You need to call Cardiology not here” I explained to her that we received a call from this number last week for an appt with doctor Aslam and we just want to double check the date. She was so rude and said that is not possible and kept on insisting that this is not the right number the call.
