Edit: I am updating my review as I did receive a call back a couple days later. They provided me a washcode plus extra for my inconvenience. I appreciate the follow up and addressing the issue. This location is close to my work and a convenient location. They have a card option with preset values and a change machine, which I haven't used. Preset values can't be stopped and no pay as you use with card option, which i find inconvenient. Decent car wash. Pressure is decent, water is warm/hot vs cold water. Chemicals are decent for removing road film. No spot free rinse, no way to cancel/stop wash as you have to pre-select a dollar amount to be charged on your credit card. Would return again, but it is not my first choice, but gets the job done.
It used to be $1 to start, now it is $2. It has no timer. If you are going to change it, at least upgrade it. Only has 5 bays. $2 is not even 2 minutes. I guess why there is no one at this car wash.
Good price and nice equipment.
