My step father has lived there for a few years and their housekeeping is horrible. Some weeks his room isn't cleaned and laundry not done. This is brought up in his reviews and nothing changes. There has been several times when I have had to bring someone back to his room to show them that his room has not been cleaned and no underwear in his drawers. Meanwhile he is still paying for housekeeping that he doesn't get.
Genuinely caring staff and managers. Wonderful food prepared with love from knowledgeable cooks. The kind of place I'd want to live if i was in the need of some assisted living.
I started at Deerfield in October and I love being back there the residents are amazing and loving also very funny, The girls I work with at Deerfield are freakin awesome funny and warm hearted .. I'm so very happy to be part of this amazing crew Deerfield has put together ..
I love working here. I just started last month. I'm one of the cooks here. I work Sat. Sun. And Mon. Tues. For dinner shift. Cooking for the residents is great. They are all so nice and I'm happy I can provide them with delicious and nutritious meals and fun snacks and treats. All Made with love.
