Gary Dixon is a slumlord and does not care about peoples needs he evicts people off of hear say and wont fix things in the trailers when they break he left two of my neighbors without air and heat for over a year and others for days my friends floor was falling through because everytime it rained her house would get water inside he is not a good landlord at all
Owner Gary is a drunk and don’t know how to keep up with his books... takes you to court saying you owe him more than you actually do... plus his mobile homes are infested with roaches and bed bugs!!!!
nothing but a slum Park ...owner is a drunken slumlord and most all mobile homes are not Worth the money you pay for rent.....black mold...floors falling through ect. do not rent in this Park. BTW I was not the tenant but my daughter and son-in-law was ...Every time I stayed at their place I got VERY sick
SHITHOLE
Cool park from what i read online. I haven't lived here yet.
I just read the post about Gary Dixson, manager of Deerfield Park looking for antifreeze in order to poison feral cats, as well as paying someone to shoot them. I see that it has been posted a re-posted and hopefully the authorities will step in and take care of this cruel and inhumane situation. Mr. Dixson may karma dump the contents of 1000 litter pans upon your head.
It would be nice if they just get rid of all the dope and meth heads and crackheads
The Stables Trailer Park on Boyds Creek is a whole lot better an the trailers are in way better shape.
Deerfield Mobile Home Park has a 3.4 star rating with 114 reviews.
