Denese the landlord had the road paved in 2018. She is fair and will work with you if you have any problems.

When we lived in oaks trailer park the last five years before the owners passed away it was 200 month for all these bills together but Denise is very cooperative if you are having hard times and understanding. The road is awful now but she had a company look into laying black top down so that'll be nice. The price isn't really bad. Overall I'm happy with this ... read more
